I love Super Slow! Carrie is AMAZING. She is such a great trainer. She is super knowledgable, professional, and also just a really kind, beautiful person. And she gives you the best workout, and in only 30 minutes! I have never been so toned. I used to do Orange Theory regularly, but I am in better shape now after seeing Carrie. I highly recommend Super Slow! As a busy person who cares about fitness, I’m so happy to have the opportunity to train with Carrie at Super Slow! As for the methodology, it was new to me, but boy, does it work!

I had the best time training at Ultimate Performance Los Angeles with my personal trainer Kurt. I would strongly recommend joining ultimate performance if you want to lose weight and gain strength!!! The personal training is world class! I lost 19 lbs and went from 28.4% body to 14.4% body fat! I feel like Ive made lasting behavioral changes when it comes to my long term dietary and fitness goals.

Not only did I reach my fitness goals and transform my body, but I‘ve also gained an incredible support system and family community who hold me accountable and make working out fun! They’ve all become wonderful friends and I can’t thank them enough for their patience and encouragement with me throughout my journey. I will benefit from Royal Personal Training for years after completion although I definitely don’t see myself stopping with them anytime soon. Still have new goals to hit! Wow, Where do I begin?! Jason Kozma has truly changed and transformed my life, my body, my health in so many positive ways! I am so thankful for him. Finding him has been one of my biggest Blessings.Here is my story which ultimately led me to meeting, Jason, amazing trainer/transformer:My journey all started with a low thyroid condition combined with needing to take steroids for a related inflammatory health condition. As a result I had gained an extreme amount of weight. I had tried out different trainers in LA, some very expensive. Over a one year period my weight didnt even go down even 1 pound. Frustrated, I almost gave up, but then I came across Jasons website one day as I was searching for experts in weight loss. I decided to meet with him, and set up a consultation. In that one consult Jason blew me away with his immense scientific knowledge! He explained to me why I wasnt losing weight, despite all my work with those LA trainers. Jason laid out a complete program for me to follow that combined his pioneering weight training and work out techniques with specific supplements and a detailed nutrition program that was customized to my issues (thyroid, female hormone imbalance and age). He also gave my program all written up in a folder, including homework to send to him of my meals, etc (all included in his training fee!). Blown away! I am in the medical field myself, and I was surprised that he knew even more than the doctors I have been going to who didnt seem to have a clue on how to help me lose my weight or feel better.As I embarked on Jasons program, I began to have more energy. Friends told me I was starting to glow, and wanted to know my secret. Every week working with Jason, I would lose weight on the scale, and by 6 weeks I lost 27 POUNDS with Jason!!!!!! Whoa, I am in complete shock! When other trainers I worked with over one full year couldnt make a difference, Jason helped me transform my body and my life within a short span of time! And I am happy to say I am continuing to make positive changes in my weight, my muscles, the way I carry myself and my energy. God Bless you Jason!Its a treat to work out with Jason as he is very serious about technique and posture. He is very attentive to my form when we work out, and is no nonsense. Over time he has also been my confidante... a real life coach. I can say he truly cares about his clients. I looked up his credentials, and he has been a Mr. America himself with so much in-depth knowledge about the body, muscles, metabolism, hormones and physiology, and has helped so many clients not only feel healthier and strong, but also win their own fitness contests too! One day I would love to try for a contest with Jasons guidance.I normally dont write reviews but felt compelled to let everyone know about my journey in the hopes it may inspire someone else who thought there wasnt any hope. From someone who never wanted to get out of bed due to my health issues to someone who now has energy, who has shed so much weight, who loves her body now.... I am feeling so much better about myself and self esteem. Jason is truly a life changer, not just a trainer who works out people, but a true expert in healthy weight loss and helping one achieve a beautiful sculpted physique. Really love this super private gym plus the amazing amenities and unique weight training equipment! I’ve been working out at Body360 Fit with Christian Graham (my personal trainer) for the past few years now, and he’s one of the greatest and most caring dudes you’ll ever meet. He tailors the workouts to suit the individual. These guys are legit fitness experts and seriously the best personal trainers in Los Angeles. I’ve had great results and enjoy every personal training session. Highly recommend!

I never had a personal trainer before trying out Virtuo, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but from my initial consultation onwards, my experience has been nothing but positive. I am very happy with my decision to join!All of the trainers at the gym are incredibly welcoming and helpful. My trainer Gilbert has not only helped me work towards my fitness goals, but also provided useful insight about correcting everyday body movement. I have ankle/foot issues and he’s been an invaluable source of information to help me correct and improve.I think my favorite part of Virtuo is that Gilbert and the rest of the crew seem truly invested in my progress, which has been an unexpectedly great benefit. I actually look forward to my sessions, which definitely wasn’t the case when I worked out before.I’ve been incredibly pleased with Virtuo since joining and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

She set me up to meet with Pete Roulet (owner) who evaluated me with an introductory workout (much less than the standard warm up for members!). I was beat after my introduction... and sore. Pete is very approachable and I really liked his take on what healthy should be. It may be the same outlook that most trainers and gyms have, but since I have zero experience with them its new and refreshing to me. I like his vibe.I was always very skeptical about working out in a gym and being eyed by all the people. Im a solitary kind of person so that was always a sticking point. The gym is small compared to my perception of what a gym was. I like it. Its more personable.The membership is not cheap but Im totally fine with it. I can justify it because I know how I am and for the times when I have tried to workout on my own, Ive failed. If Im doing something like push-ups and I get tired, I stop. Workout done. Being here makes a difference to me that Im willing to pay for. Having a trainer push me on for 1 or 2 more makes a difference to me. Looking around and seeing everyone else giving it their all makes me think why arent I pushing just as hard?I dont have the motivation or drive on my own and I factor that into the cost of being here. I want the drive but just dont have it in me. Im really enjoying and appreciating the personal attention Im able to get here.The trainers are awesome; Pete, Iz, Rose, Joe and Angel. Thank you.Im very interested in learning proper form and technique and that is exactly what they are pushing. They provide me with tips and corrections while Im working out. I love it. I originally decided to work with John because, as a writer, I tend to live a fairly sedentary lifestyle. Aware of the dangers associated with this, I felt I had to work towards getting into shape, and after extensive research on trainers all throughout Los Angeles, John at Ultimate Health seemed like the best candidate.I clearly made the right choice, because I’ve had the privilege of training with John for about eight years, both doing in-person training sessions, and more recently, virtual training sessions. Through the course of our work together, John has helped me get in-shape, work on my weight, improve my diet, and just generally expanded my knowledge about physical fitness. I’ve managed to break out of many of my bad habits and shift to a more active lifestyle. Also, surprisingly, training with John seemed to not only have an effect physically, but also mentally and psychologically. Getting in shape and regularly exercising has helped my mood to improve and my work productivity to increase.John has tremendous knowledge and experience in the personal training realm. Using these skills, he’s been able to craft an exercise regimen tailored specifically for me.
