Comment: I had great experience with this business. The trainer assigned to me (Jerry) is an amazing person. Very friendly, social, but knowledgeable. He is clearly experienced in personal training and has been doing it for decades. He was very accommodating of my schedule. He always made sure that the process was fun.I wanted to lose weight and was able to shed off 30 pounds in 3 months. I reached my weight loss goal on time. More importantly, my strength improved and I learned a lot in the process.The leader (Jason) took my body measurements a few times and helped with nutritional plan. Regular measurements helped me keep track of the progress and stay motivated.Initially, in the first 2-3 weeks, it was difficult to get a hang of it. Going to the gym 5-6 times a week and eating healthy are not easy. However, things got better once I clearly saw that I was losing weight. The trainer was very encouraging and helpful throughout the way. Highly recommended.

Comment: I had the desire to get in shape and had been mulling over the idea of getting a personal trainer. The diagnosis of a connective tissue disorder was the final push I needed to start looking for a great trainer that could address my specific circumstances. After a lengthy research process, I found Jason and was very impressed by his credentials, program, success stories, and responsiveness to my inquiry. After chatting with him in person, I was reassured that his program would be a good fit for my goals of gaining muscle to support my connective tissue and losing fat to be healthier all around. His diet plan is strict yet manageable, and I appreciated that Jason also had recommendations for supplements, protein powders, et cetera. He does a great job of getting people of all experience levels acclimated to the world of weight training, plus he is a pro bodybuilder so he definitely knows what he is doing. He paired me up with my personal trainer, Debby, who is a perfect match. She is incredibly knowledgeable (also a pro bodybuilder), motivational, has a very similar health history to me, and is overall great to chat with during my workouts. I have seen a lot of great progress in a few short weeks that I know I would not have achieved without Jason and Debby. Overall, I would highly recommend Jason’s program to anyone regardless of experience level, health history, or anything else that may be holding you back from finally working towards your health/body goals!

Comment: I hired Jason and Los Angeles Personal Training to help me get stronger (and fit in my old pants) after having two babies. Jason was super responsive and professional. He asked what my goals were and talked me through the process and sent the information in writing as well. He provided an 8-week postpartum diet, cardio, and strength plan. It allowed for modifications as a breastfeeding mother and was very doable, though it required a lot of dedication as expected. I worked with personal trainer Dennis who is very knowledgeable, prompt, and flexible with training times. They are both bodybuilders and are very knowledgeable about diet and fitness, including knowledge beyond just heavy lifting. I am fitter and stronger than I was before having both babies and they have refreshed my dietary habits such that I have been able to maintain my weight during the holidays with ease.

Hes super passionate about fitness and encouraging without being pushy. Ive been working out with his co-trainer Tasha whos amazing. Tasha knows exactly how far to push me without over doing it. Comment: After a phone conversation with Jason, he sent a trainer to my home, Alisa who was very knowledgable about fitness and nutrition. She brings weights, bands and other equipment with her each session. I have been training for only three weeks and I am extremely pleased with my results, as far as strength, stamina and posture. Jason also has an online magazine with a variety of topics which I can access. In only a short amount of time I can see my strength increasing in a very favorable way and intend to continue with this trainer indefinitely. I couldnt be more pleased.

Comment: Jason’s a really great trainer. I do the virtual personal training program because I know form, I just don’t have the knowledge to build my own plan. Jason’s always been very responsive whenever I have questions. He doesn’t give you a cookie-cutter plan; I have a few physical limitations and my gym doesn’t have the widest variety of equipment and he was very understanding and helped find the right exercise substitutions.I found the diet plan really helpful because it’s flexible enough where I can try different foods, but specific enough about how much and when to eat so I actually see results. Be clear with your goals and stick to what he says and you’ll definitely be happy with where you are in just a few months.

Comment: I live in Chicago so I used Jasons online personal training. It was a great experience especially for the price. He would monitor my workouts each week and let me know if I should be able to go heavier on an exercise based on everything else I was doing. Hed also review my recorded diet and tell me where to tweak things. He was also good about reminding me to update my weight and progress pics, and hed adjust the workouts or diet based on that. He was honest about how much weight/muscle I should expect to gain and didnt try to make huge promises just to get business.

Comment: I have wanted to work out and get into the habit of going to the gym for a long time now. I found Jason on google and he connected me with Jerry. Jerry trains me and I work with Jason on my diet to make sure I am exercising and getting all the foods/supplements I need for my body. Its the best thing Ive done!!!!!! Now I know how to properly use the equipment and I will be able to go to the gym on my own. My body has been changing slowly. I lost a little weight, but my body is just turning the fat into muscle at this point. Which is completely fine. My weight is not a problem for me, but my muscle composition is so much better now. My waist is thinner and my arms are more toned. I used to be uncomfortable wearing sleeveless clothing and now I am able to dress as I like without feeling insecure. I am happy w the progress Ive made so far. This is exactly what I needed to get started on my fitness journey. If you have always wanted to get fit and become comfortable with working out, this is the best way to get started. I am very happy so far. Im not where I want to be in terms of how I look, but I know I can get there now that I have trained with Jason and Jerry. Jerry is an amazing trainer to work with and he makes everything so easy.

Comment: During Covid, I got a bit lazy with working out, which would normally be running on the treadmill at the gym 2-3x per week. I had such low energy that the idea of working out felt like such a chore. I had gained about 5lbs in 4 months and I wanted to jump start my energy and also utilize this down time to try something I had never done before!I found Jason online and read all the amazing reviews on how fast he could transform someones body into exactly what they wanted. I love fast results, but I also did not think I would be able to lose a ton of weight as I was starting at 134lbs / 57. Boy, was I wrong! I have been working out with Jason for 6 weeks now and have lost 10lbs, I feel stronger than ever, I can see muscle definition in all areas of my body that I have never been able to see before.Jason outlines a personalized nutrition program that felt hard the first week, but now I dont think I would ever go back to how I was originally eating. I stopped craving any foods I wasnt able to have after only a few days. The nutrition program definitely plays a large role in your end results, very important to follow properly.I had no experience in weight lifting/muscle training because I normally only did cardio. After 6 weeks, I can say my body looks extremely strong, toned and lean. Which is exactly what I had asked from Jason in our first meeting!5 stars all the way, I will continue working out with Jason, because I love the way I feel and look! Comment: Training with Jason Kozma has been a real learning experience.When I started my 8 week fitness/nutritional plan with him, I was “skinny-fat” I only ate a real meal once or twice a day and never lifted weights. Finding him has been one of my biggest Blessings.Here is my story which ultimately led me to meeting, Jason, amazing trainer/transformer:My journey all started with a low thyroid condition combined with needing to take steroids for a related inflammatory health condition. As a result I had gained an extreme amount of weight. I had tried out different trainers in LA, some very expensive. Over a one year period my weight didnt even go down even 1 pound. Frustrated, I almost gave up, but then I came across Jasons website one day as I was searching for experts in weight loss. I decided to meet with him, and set up a consultation. In that one consult Jason blew me away with his immense scientific knowledge! He explained to me why I wasnt losing weight, despite all my work with those LA trainers. Jason laid out a complete program for me to follow that combined his pioneering weight training and work out techniques with specific supplements and a detailed nutrition program that was customized to my issues (thyroid, female hormone imbalance and age). He also gave my program all written up in a folder, including homework to send to him of my meals, etc (all included in his training fee!). Blown away! I am in the medical field myself, and I was surprised that he knew even more than the doctors I have been going to who didnt seem to have a clue on how to help me lose my weight or feel better.As I embarked on Jasons program, I began to have more energy. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get a result. Every workout is intense but every workout is also different. After back surgery and having 2 kids a few years ago, I had gained weight and lost both core strength and my back was very weak. Jason created an eating plan that resulted in me losing 14lbs in 8 weeks (simply by following the plan) and his colleague Brandon was able to significantly increase both my core and back strength. You inspired me through my training to change a lot of things in my life for the better: i.e. quit smoking with-in the first week with you (a 20 year habit) and did not smoke at all after that, start eating right, making better choices overall.  You know what I mean. I would seriously recommend that anyone looking for an awesome trainer have a chat with him. Not only does he know his business, but he is just an all around cool guy. It is evident from the shape he keeps himself in that he really knows his way around nutrition, fitness, and the gym - but despite all this he is super friendly and accessible to anyone at whatever stage of their fitness journey. While training if he sees that you need an adjustment to your meal plan he will do so. Show up focused, do what he says, eat what he says, and you will get the results you want.In March 2018 I reached a wall in current meal prep and fitness plan. I just couldn’t lose the weight I wanted to before my sister’s Bachelorette in June! Desperate, I turned to Jason, who I wanted to train with for years. He is a great trainer but also provides nutritional support, helpful reminder emails about things you should (or Should NOT) be doing or eating on a regular basis but not over bearing. Comment: Ive tried out a bunch of different trainers over the years and never had any great success with any of them. Not only have I seen immediate results with Jason (despite having a thyroid problem), but hes also kind-of funny and not a complete pain in the ass to be around. :) Seriously though: he attends to nutrition, weight loss, and strength training with focused precision. Comment: I have tried every kind of workout and nutritional plan there is. After many failed attempts to lose weight and tone up, I called Jason. He was prompt to respond, unlike some other trainers that I had contacted, and very professional. He made time to meet with me right away. After reviewing his training method and nutritional approach, I knew that this was the guy that was going to help me get back into shape. I signed up that day and began my 8 week transformation. I started seeing results immediately. Quick results are always a huge motivator, but Jason also makes the training sessions fun and efficient. Ive never enjoyed getting my butt kicked as much as I do during our training. In fact, I love it so much I signed up for an additional 8 weeks. I am about 3 months in and have lost close to 20lbs. My goal is 30lbs, so almost there! Most importantly, this transformation has given me my confidence back, as well as, helped me relearn how I need to eat on a regular basis in order to maintain. I started training with Jason when he first arrived in California from Tennessee back in the mid-90s. Even then, Jason knew more about weight training, physiology, muscle building, fat loss, and nutrition than anyone I had ever met (or have met since). Jason has built a loyal following of clients who have trained with him for years, who enthusiastically recommend him to friends and family, and who come back to Jason over and over again for one reason -- RESULTS!!! This guy knows how to get you in shape and how to help you maintain a high level of fitness once you get there. Thats what its all about, isnt it? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A+++!! Comment: Ive had personal trainers in the past, but Jason is by FAR the best of the best. Hes tough, but I got amazing results in only 3 months. Comment: A plan that really works! Its been a year now since my journey with Jason began. Im still sticking with it. I lost 20lbs and have kept it off. If you can open your mind and follow his instruction, it will work for you. Diets fail due to lack of guidance. Progress in the gym fails due to diet problems. Jason can help you with both. It drives me nuts to see fat people work so hard in the gym but stay fat. Jasons plans get results. I look better but I also feel a million times better AND STRONGER!
