COACH JUNIOR Personal Trainer
3014 Clay St, San Francisco, CA 94115, United States
I turned 40 years old this year and I wanted to challenge myself physically. My goal was to run a 6 minute mile like I used to when I was a young-adult athlete. I looked for a San Francisco personal trainer that did outdoor and in-home personal training. Luckily I found Coach Junior and connected with him immediately. He pushes me to that potential I find hard to reach when training on my own. He holds me accountable to stay on track. He has the knowledge and expertise with his education, personal, and professional experience. We work hard and throw in some laughs in between. I enjoy training with him and highly recommend!

Ask a Fit Guy - Personal Training
124 Goethe St, San Francisco, CA 94112, United States
I am having an awesome experience! I was looking for an outdoor personal trainer and came across ask a fit guy, he quickly stood out as a personal trainer I wanted to work with because in our initial conversation he REALLY understood what I was trying to accomplish. He also has a way of explaining science mumbo jumbo in a way I can fully understand and actually take with me when I do workouts on my own. Since working with Sam I am getting stronger and I’m also losing belly fat which was a big deal for me!Another thing that’s refreshing is being able to vary locations with outdoor training, somehow Sam knows every turf field in the Bay Area! We’ve worked in Daly City, South San Francisco and the edge of San Francisco. I’m really happy with the results I’m getting so far, ask a fit guy is DEFINITELY worth the time and money. Thank you Sam!

Todd Fitness Personal Training
1470 Valencia St, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States
I was looking around for a personal trainer and connected with Todd based on the great reviews on Yelp. Right from the start, Todd was extremely prompt with his communication and we were scheduled for a free assessment within a couple of days. He even set me up with a week-long pass to the gymTodd used the assessment to understand my physical state, my flexibility, movement issues, etc by having me do a couple of reps of a host of exercises. At the end of the session, we discussed what a training plan would look like. What I really liked about his training program was that he was willing to work around my constraints. I wanted to work with a trainer just once a week and he was willing to give me structure homework routines to do on my own on the other days. He also used MyFitnessPal to keep a track of diet and make suggestions. After the session, he was great about following up and answering any questions that I had.Overall, I had a great experience with Todd and I would highly recommend considering him if youre in the market for a personal trainer.

IM1 Personal Training
1426 Fillmore St, San Francisco, CA 94115, United States
Out of over 2 dozen fitness instructors/personal trainers at Equinox and boutique studios, Daniel is BY FAR the best trainer I have worked with. For the past 4 years, I have been struggling to build upper body strength and tone up; after only 3 months of training with Daniel, I have lost over 8% body fat and can visibly see arm definition. This dramatic change is because of Daniels thoughtful, holistic approach in working with his clients. He is extremely approachable and encouraging both during and outside of our sessions; however, what has set Daniel apart from other trainers is that he takes the time to listen to my goals, curate our sessions specifically for my goals, and spend time talking about nutrition, lifestyle habits, workouts outside of our sessions, etc. I look forward to seeing Daniel every week because I know I will have fun, be challenged, and crush my goals!

Sean OBrien Personal Training
States St, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States
I have been working with Sean for over two years and its been a phenomenal experience. He has been an invaluable coach and partner during my masters fitness journey. He has helped me overcome several chronic injuries, and helped me achieve my broader fitness goals so I could start competing in Spartan obstacle course races this last year.Sean has an incredible depth of knowledge and experience across many sports disciplines; running, strength training, body-weight exercises, functional flexibility, TRX, plyometrics, and rock climbing ... and he leverages all of them during my workouts. He also has a great understanding for coaching approaches and applies that experience to help his clients get the results they want in a way that fits their style. His approach is always tailored to my goals and upcoming race events. He has really re-energized my workouts by pushing me to try new challenging exercises, which has been really gratifying. Our training sessions are always productive, challenging, and varied, which has really motivated me to work harder to achieve my results. I highly recommend working with Sean if you are looking for a solid, goal-oriented personal trainer. Expect to be working on your core strength!

Vibrant Personal Training
3474 Sacramento St, San Francisco, CA 94118, United States
Training with Jamie at Vibrant was the best decision I made in 2023! I started going because of the convenience factor but in just a few months, I cant imagine going anywhere else. Despite the class being a semi-private, Jamie always makes sure to give everyone individual attention. He pushes you to go harder, but also encourages you to rest when needed. He does a great job keeping the classes on track and makes the workouts very fun. If you are looking to get back into working out or just need a push get over a plateau - Jamie is your guy!

Dont want to ruin your 5 star rating. But calling me after 10 pm on a Sunday to solicit your services is illegal and extremely disruptive. Call me again and I will speak to my lawyer and see what course of action I have to return the favor and disrupt you. Good luck.

Diakadi is an incredible place because of the beautiful facility, master practitioners, dedicated staff and leadership from its owners. The gym has a complete arsenal of equipment, tools and resources so that any client has what he or she needs to execute workouts, receive therapy and achieve goals. From private treatment rooms to olympic platforms and traditional strength training equipment to athletic turfs, Diakadi hands down has the best personal training facility in the Bay Area that is even superior to most commercial gyms. There is a diverse selection of coaches and therapists who are all extremely passionate about their craft and who make up Diakadis community. When they were struggling to keep their own business afloat they didnt just look out for themselves - they decided to help save San Franciscos entire personal training industry. If you are looking for a place to begin working towards your health, fitness and life goals surrounded by a community that is knowledgable, experienced and driven, then look no further.
