Comment: I worked out with Sean for 4 years. He is an awesome trainer that I highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality, personalized training!! He is really knowledgeable, he creates interesting and varied workouts, and I felt like I was always making progress with him. He would also create homework workouts for me so I could get in at least two session per week. He even has a number of travel workouts that you can do in your hotel room with luggage.If you want someone that can get you in shape and keep you in shape without triggering injuries, or making you sore for days on end, Sean is your guy! Sean is also just a really great, chill guy who is easy to talk to and fun to hang out. I always looked forward to my sessions with him.

Comment: Ive worked with Sean for several years and hes been great keeping me in shape and helping me overcome my various age-related injuries. He is very knowledgeable about the body and about what exercises and stretches you need to achieve your goals. In fact, hes been more helpful and more knowledgeable than quite a few physical therapists that Ive visited over the years.

Comment: I worked with Sean for two years. Before training with him, I had tried weight training on my own in the past with middling success—Id make a solid two months of progress only to trigger and old injury and have to give up. One step forward, two steps back.All of that changed when I started working with Sean. He is so knowledgeable about proper technique, programming, and injury prevention. In my first 5 months with him, I gained 15lbs of muscle and added inches to my chest, biceps, glutes, and thighs.When I did inevitably trigger that old injury, we came up with a plan to work around it, and he added a rehab routine to my warm up. My physical therapist and sports med doctor have been astounded with the progress my injury has made.Working out in the park is an absolutely lovely experience—I couldnt recommend Sean more.

Comment: I have been working with Sean for over two years and its been a phenomenal experience. He has been an invaluable coach and partner during my masters fitness journey. He has helped me overcome several chronic injuries, and helped me achieve my broader fitness goals so I could start competing in Spartan obstacle course races this last year.Sean has an incredible depth of knowledge and experience across many sports disciplines; running, strength training, body-weight exercises, functional flexibility, TRX, plyometrics, and rock climbing ... and he leverages all of them during my workouts. He also has a great understanding for coaching approaches and applies that experience to help his clients get the results they want in a way that fits their style.His approach is always tailored to my goals and upcoming race events. He has really re-energized my workouts by pushing me to try new challenging exercises, which has been really gratifying. Our training sessions are always productive, challenging, and varied, which has really motivated me to work harder to achieve my results. I highly recommend working with Sean if you are looking for a solid, goal-oriented personal trainer. Expect to be working on your core strength!
