I can honestly say that Elite Fitness has changed my life. For awhile Id been experiencing a number of unpleasant and hard-to-diagnose health issues, such as migraines, low energy, brain fog, and high blood pressure. Since joining Elite Fitness a few months ago, all of those issues have drastically improved. Ive noticed improvements in my sleep quality, a significant boost in energy levels, and even a reduction in those migraines that used to plague me regularly. Not long ago, waking up early was a near-impossible struggle. This morning I woke up before my alarm, ready to tackle the day.I wasnt sure how Id feel about the small group training format, but Ive found that it truly does provide a perfect balance of personalized attention and a supportive community atmosphere. I really like the trainers Gus and Felix. They are both not only extremely warm and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They constantly have me trying new workouts Ive never done before. I have scoliosis, and they are always very cognizant of tailoring my workouts to avoid discomfort or injury. One fun aspect of Elite is their innovative use of technology. The heart rate monitoring system adds a fun and competitive element to the workouts, providing real-time feedback on effort and progress. Its a gamified approach that really works to keep me motivated and confident about the effectiveness of each session. They offer monthly tracking of body fat and muscle composition using their special scanner which is a great way to quantify progress. But again, my biggest improvements have largely been intangible. The whole experience is top notch. They are very flexible with scheduling, which I greatly appreciate as my work schedule is unpredictable and varies every week. Ive never had an issue finding an appointment time that works just by shooting them a text.If youre looking for a gym that not only works with you achieve your fitness goals but also takes your individual needs into account, Elite Fitness is the place to be. The trainers, the atmosphere, the technology - it all comes together to create a truly transformative fitness experience. 100% worth it.

There isn't enough room here to explain how great of a place orange theory Anaheim hills is becoming in the short amount of time it's been open! I can pretty much say I've done it all. From CrossFit, swim, yoga, global gym, etc. You name it, I've probably done it. I've enjoyed each and every one of my experiences to the fullest. I've had the pleasure of making great friends, learning from awesome instructors, and leaving each workout accomplished, and motivated to come back! Although I've enjoyed, and still enjoy trying all types of different workouts, orange theory for me has hit different. I have been attending their classes now for about 2 1/2 years and can say I love it now as much I did day one! (With the exception of orange Everest, give it a shot and you'll know why). Every time I step into a studio I know I'm going to leave drenched, breathless, and feeling great! If you're like me you're going to love the challenge, benchmark days, and along the way building friendly competitions amongst other members. However, if you're more on the shy or reserved side, no worries! The best thing about this place is that each workout is tailored to YOUR own fitness level! You can walk into an Orange Theory never having worked out in your life, and feel completely comfortable knowing no one there is going to judge, critique, or look at you funky for scaling it to your own needs, but more so respect, cheer, and admire you for taking the first step to better yourself!! Listen, we can pick out some of the negatives that some people will point out, the music is sometimes not what you want, the coaches are a little loud, but to be brutally honest if you're looking to pick out minuscule aspect of the gym than you're probably just making an excuse. I will end this review with a simple questions...are you wanting to get into better shape? Are you willing to invest in YOU? Because if you are, Orange Theory is the place to go. Hope to see y'all there soon! ????

Very bad quality of classesA quick follow up regarding owners reply: thanks for your prompt response.I was never informed about the so called grace period until today. The instructor simply locked the door without any explanation and notice. After I consistently knock the door hardly, a student (not the instructor) came out and said the instructor doesnt want to open the door because the grace period is gone.I completely understand a lot of studios have their rules and I very much respect them. But I dont think this is a proper way a studio instructor interacts with their students. First of all, no one told me anything about grace period. Secondly, when the grace period is past and I have been knocking the door, the instructor should come out and explain it to me in a respectful way. If not, then I doubt her ability of organizing the class as well as effectively communicating with her students.I work long hours everyday and It takes me at least half an hour from where I work to the studio during traffic time. Stretching is not my career, and I dont plan to be a world champion on stretching. I believe most of students, including me, come to class consistently because our passion. But I still try my best to make each class. To emphasis again, I very much respect the rule, but I really dont understand why I have been treated in such cruel way. If you dont have compassion about a student being passionate about stretching, why do you expect your student having compassion with a woman own a small business?I think my comment is clear and fair now, and if you think I deserve being locked out without in-advance and afterwards proper communication, then I also think you deserve a one star review. Thanks.

This location has an amazing staff that truly cares about your well being. Smaller gym equals more one on one coaching. Super friendly atmosphere not just from staff but from Crossfitters as well. Workouts are always well balanced, meaning strength, cardio, and recovery (stretching as well) workouts are all incorporated. I lost 10lbs in a month, had stronger legs, a tighter core, and drastically increased my cardio, loads of fun! If you're more interested in leaning out, getting your cardio up, and prefer body weight exercises, try the newest program they have called REDLINE. Great program after a strength day as well.Never deadlifted a barbell? Never done a back squat? Don't worry, the coaches are ALWAYS more than happy walk you through movements to eliminate any bad form that could lead to injury. There's a program I took called Foundations for my first few weeks, even though I was familiar with the basic olympic-style lifts. I found that there's a bigger benefit in emphasizing momentum rather than mostly relying on strength for a lift. Unfortunately a lot of lifters don't realize this. I had not squatted my max in years but after a month I was able to build a heavy set of 5 reps of 265lbs, weighing at 165! When I was going to the my regular gym several years back (going 3-5 a week), I was barely able to rep 225lbs twice at around the same weight. I wasn't purposely training for this lift, it just happened to be the workout of the day and all the workouts I had endured that month made it easy for me to jump back into a good max.More than enough classes throughout the day to get your workout in if you run on a tight schedule. To see results, be prepared to come in 3-5 out of the week. Health is always a commitment. Make sure to eat right and stay hydrated because you will be burning A LOT of calories! Speaking of which, this location also offers a Nutrition program:)

This place is so awesome! I was so incredibly intimidated by working out and especially in a gym setting. To find an all women's boxing and kickboxing gym I was excited to try it out, but was still so nervous because I have been out of shape for the last couple of years. I was quite literally shaking while filling out the paperwork because I was so nervous to get started but the owner was very sweet and talked me through some things while we waited for the trainer to finish up and meet with me. I worked with Lauren and she is a GEM! She asked me my history and my fitness goals and when I was explaining my nerves she genuinely cared and made sure I was comfortable. She was very patient and thorough in explaining things and her energy was contagious! She made me feel comfortable very quickly and encouraged me to keep pushing through. She was a very great teacher and allowed me to take things at my own pace. I was also so intimated to work with a trainer because of my perceived judgment but she was nothing of the sort and she helped face my fears! I signed up right after my trial because I was so sure that I would want to come back. The environment is so friendly and I didn't feel an ounce of judgment and the quick full body workout was so much fun and such a great release. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is discouraged by the gym but wants to try something else and feel empowered!

Great pews, great news, great food, Papa Johns! Err I mean Newsong Church!I started coming to Newsong 6-7 months ago and it feels like a study abroad program from all the different cultures and backgrounds melted into one campus. Coming from white megachurch all my life I have never experienced such a congregation that is here. 60% or so of the congregation at the campus is Asian which is a culture shock even from one Asian brother to another. I honestly had an adjustment period in the beginning of coming here that opened my eyes to what it truly looks like to do life with a multicultural, multigenerational diversely socioeconomic group of people that stretched me in a good way. There are some pretty sweet fringe benefits from being a part of such a diverse group of people. Exhibit A: the post Sunday service lunch. Newsong has a crew of professional chefs in the congregation that donate their time and money to make huge soul food type of meals that make 4th Street Market look like a copycat. As a foodie I have to plug this, I mean if you dont enjoy pho, carne asada tacos with cilantro rice, or authentic bimbimbop with the poached egg on top you may be at the wrong church. Oh and not to mention there is an elote/shaved ice cart lady that they let also be a part of the action too. 5/5 stars for community lunches!I could write an op-ed about all the rad community initiatives that Newsong does in Santa Ana for the homeless community, the youth and the immediate community surrounding the church. They intentionally moved their church from megachurch capital of the world in Irvine area to the Samaria of the OC and it wasnt a popular decision from what Ive heard. I like that. That type of risk taking in the name of love for the poor and outcasts is what really keeps me coming back.
RenuFit

I started my fitness journey at Renufit and this place, the environment, the people and the culture within the gym positively impacted my life and I am so grateful for the time I get to spend there. lets be real, you can go to any gym at any location and find equipment to workout with but for a guy like me who waisted multiple memberships to multiple gyms, Renufit was the place I truly began my fitness journey. RNFT provided a safe place to learn grow and have fun being a better healthier me. Working out, and consistently following individualized plans provided by Garrett and Raul showed results in more than just being physically fit. I felt more confident, emotionally more balanced, my sleep pattern improved and lastly I found the energy to walk through everyday life without the need to drink multiple energy drinks throughout the day.Garrett walked me through nutritional goals and in combination with the consistency of working out on a weekly routine he helped me lose 85 pounds. I was able to achieve goals and have fun while doing it. I can confidently say I couldnt have done this without his help and the positive culture in his gym. I can go on and on about how this place has had a positive impact on my life. Im grateful and proud that I get to be apart of this gym.

The coaches here really went above and beyond to help me be comfortable. There was no belittling or insecurity. They are genuinely there to help you learn and get better. I got freaked out in my first session because it was a choke hold. They were super cool about me going at my own pace and had no issue with me sitting out after I freaked out. Every coach came over to encourage me and let me know it was a particularly intense lesson. They had me come back another day. I faced my fear and got back on the mat and ended up have a really fun time. The coaches were just really great about everything. I was so afraid they would embarrass me for not being able to finish the session or tell me I was being a wuss and they never did. Everything they said was encouraging me to keep going and see this as an opportunity to improve.

Been with CRS for a couple years now and have yet to find flaws worth noting. Coaches truly care about the kids and the training is very detailed. I love how they also teach discipline! Definitely not a place you take your kids just for babysitting. You come to train and get better! All love! Coach Cam and Matt are the best! Huge facility! What more could you ask for?
