Comment: Kuldeep is the kind of fitness coach that he persistently does his best to inspire you to reach your true best!I never had a fitness coach before, I was very skeptical! I asked all the questions that I could. Kuldeep is super knowledgeable, and he patiently answered all my questions in depths.Kuldeep is not the kind of coach who just gives you pairs of dumb bells to start on your own. He does an evaluation of my energy level, and carefully guided me to the proper work-out that I should be working on. He also advises the choices of food and drinks that I should pay attention to in order to maximize my energy level.I am not a quick learner, but Kuldeep has been tremendously patient to teach me. With the sincere and warm personality of Kuldeep, I can finally pick up the joy and rhythm of the work-out. Kuldeep, you have turned a coach potato like me to a dancing bean.I am grateful to have an experienced and cheerful coach like Kuldeep! Comment: Ive been training with Kuldeep for over 8 months now and couldnt be happier. I played Division I basketball at Santa Clara University and professionally overseas. He tailors my workout program to my specific needs based on the sport I play. He also asks questions to help understand what areas I want to improve in. His knowledge of how to train and create lifting programs are excellent, but his ability to connect on a human level to find what motivates me is what separates him at his craft. He not only helps me to be prepared physically for what the court demands, but mentally as well. He helps me think about my mindset and how I approach my workouts, basketball, and life. Ive learned a lot from Kuldeep and would recommend him to anyone. Whether you are an athlete or just beginning to lift, Kudeep understands how to customize his approach to fit anyones needs.

Comment: When I was expecting my first child I was about 125 lbs. I reached up to 175 lbs by the time of my delivery. I lost some weight right after my delivery, but I was far away from my old self. Unfortunately, even after nursing and starting a basic swimming routine the annoying weight didnt want to come off. I was frustrated, sad, and disappointed. I didnt want to have another child until I was back to my original weight/self.I started with Tiger Style Training. The routines were tough at first because I was working many muscles that I havent worked before. Kuldeep called it reactivating my muscles. Just after a few weeks I was feeling stronger and the inches starting coming off and the clothes started loosing up. Kuldeep had me start doing certain things at home to help speed up the process. I tried to be a good student because I really wanted the change. As I did more, he taught more and it became a lot of fun! I started doing more and more of the workouts on my own. I felt empowered, he made me empowered!! :)Needless to say that now I am ever better than my original self. Best of all I learned how to get the fat off and eat right. I was able to repeat the process on my own after the birth of my other two children. Kuldeep and Tiger Style Training really coach you, educate you and are always looking out for your best interest.

Comment: I have been working with Tiger Style for awhile. I was feeling sluggish and thick in all the wrong places.I am glad I started with Tiger Style! His consistent enthusiasm about my goals are contagious. He really wants me to succeed. It truly shows in how we talk about my vision for my life. I am challenged to think about my life and I really appreciate that. He is mentoring me to become the person I desire to be without being pushy or anything. I am impressed with the way he approaches training and life the way he engages me into it. I wish I had time to go to him more days a week. He is the real deal and helps you structure your life around your new habits. He gives homework and checks in on me. You always feel someone cares... He holds you accountable so you dont lag on yourself. Its always fun getting training from Kuldeep! Warning the first few workouts you will probably be really sore because he is testing your strengths and weaknesses. I would get a head rush when I stood up and he changed my routine in a way that that stopped happening. :) He is also a good listener, patient and knows when to push you.

Comment: I have trained with Kuldeep for almost 2 years now. When I first started, I was overweight, not in great shape, and had bad eating habits. Over the first few months, I changed all that with Kuldeeps help, motivation, and accountability. Every session is different from the previous one making it fun to work out and rise to a new challenge. Kuldeep has also given me the mental discipline to stay in shape and regard fitness as a very important part of life. Today, almost two years later, I have reached my fitness goal I have always dreamed of obtaining. I know that I could not have done it without him.I HIGHLY recommend Tiger Style Training!

Comment: Kuldeep is the MAN!!!! If you are looking for a personal trainer Tiger Style Training is the way to go. Kuldeep really took that time to get to know me and my lifestyle so that he could come up with a plan that would be successful for me. He helped me work on the foundation of my work out and accommodated me so that my work out would not aggravate some existing neck problems I was having. He follow ups to help you stay on track. Checking in to see how work outs are going and how youre doing nutritionally. He has never made me feel bad about slip ups and is always just encouraging. Im now on my way. YEAH!!!

Comment: I am on a maintenance program with Tiger Style Training for a few years now. When I started with Kuldeep Sidhu he got me into the gym. I was kind of a off and on guy at the time and lacked consistency. He helped me become more consistent and helped me define my goals. After I achieved my initial goals, I got on a maintenance program with him and he continues to support me while I am doing 90% of my workouts on my own now. If you want a real fitness coach who will motivate and teach you then this is your guy.
