Comment: I came here for a tear in my shoulder as a climber and worked with Michael for 4 months. The office is a very welcoming and safe place to be, and Michael is very knowledgeable and kind as well. I am back to my normal climbing craze thanks to him & others clinic who all have been so helpful and easygoing. They really tailored the exercises to what I needed and what I felt comfortable doing that day. I am so happy that my shoulder has been healing well, all of my concerns and fears have been remedied with their care. I’m happy to be done with PT but will definitely miss everyone at this clinic :’)

I went in with a lot of pain I was living with, and in very little time they taught me how to manage my back issue to where I am pain free! They are all super nice as well! Thanks Don and staff!

After having ACL/Meniscus reconstruction surgery last December, I felt so overwhelmed and daunted by the idea of rehabbing my knee, but the staff and therapists at Pro PT made it an enjoyable process! I felt seen/heard in my recovery, was challenged in the right ways, and truly believe I was provided with the best care and guidance possible to ensure a full recovery! A very special thank you to Michael, Ricky, and Gerri who always ensured I left a session sweating and smiling :)

Comment: When searching for a physical therapy office, I opted for the one in closest proximity to my abode. To my utmost delight, I discovered a gem. The staff, from the leadership down, are truly remarkable. Upon entering, Geri greets you with a warm welcome and an infectious sense of humor. Every session commences with a jovial atmosphere, which sets the tone for an excellent experience.I have had the pleasure of working with the majority of the staff, including the owner, Don, who is exceptionally personable, even when attending to other patients. However, my primary caretakers are Michael, Ricky, and Jonathan. Michael, in particular, possesses a wealth of knowledge, takes the time to explain the procedures, exhibits tremendous patience, and displays a great deal of empathy towards my needs. Ricky and Jonathan are equally exceptional, with their friendly demeanor and amiable smiles. The overall ambiance at the office is akin to that of a familial setting. Whomever I work with provides excellent care, answering any concerns I may have about my injury, and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their profession.

Comment: Office manage and front desk, Gerry, is rude. The assistants who are supposed to do exercises with clients are not professional- literally don’t know what the exercises are. I went to this practice for a couple of weeks and my pain was out of control and got severely worse because of their lack of attention to my posture and were making me do exercises that were worsening my spine issues. This practice is a insurance hub, they just wanna get you in and out as fast as they can. If you really want to recover from your injuries stay away from this practice.

Comment: Staff is friendly. No free parking, street parking only. If you want to cancel or postpone, you have ensure you and scheduler on the same page with dates otherwise you will end up going on a date you werent bookes for or get called for missed appointment on a date you had cancelled. (happened to me)

Comment: If you find yourself in need of physical therapy youd be hard pressed to find a better treatment center than PRO PT. My therapist was amazing. Shes extremely knowledgeable and is highly focused on your recovery goals. Her sunny personality also made her a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff was all extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
