Comment: Manny has helped me out significantly! Since meeting him in October 11th 2021 until now March 5th I am down a total of 45 lbs. Not only does he coach us on our workouts but he also coaches us on our nutrition. Its nice to go out to dinner and not think about what to get on the menu debating if it will help with my goals or not. Ive texted him late at night or early in the morning in regards to meals and he gets back to me quickly and promptly. We train in Santa Ana its not only me who trains with Manny, my wife also comes to personal training. He offers online and in person! My wife and I come in and we are excited to work out. He makes it a fun and exciting lifestyle, he wants us to have a healthy relationship with fitness and nutrition. He pushes you just enough to challenge yourself but not to where you will be hurt. Safety is always first and key so we can continue to strive for our goals. Manny is the best coach their is in the business definitely worth every penny!
