Comment: What an amazing gym! It’s filled with women from different paths of life who come together for a common goal: a healthy lifestyle. We all may be in different levels in fitness but we come together to build a better version of ourselves. The coaches are amazing and the workout is always so worth it!

Comment: I’ve been working out my whole adult life and I’ve never belonged to a community like Kaia FIT. Women of all ages that inspire and support you. Become your friends. Many different class options from cycling to cross training to barre and more. No judgment just positive reinforcement for whatever your goals are. And the instructors are all so amazing. It’s really like personal training in a group atmosphere. Also includes meal planning and nutritional education. Can’t recommend Kaia enough to anyone looking to work out in a safe and supportive environment.

Comment: Kaia is a safe place and positive environment for women . NO judgments and Trainers will never make you feel bad if miss a class or have not come in awhile. They always make you feel welcomed and ready to work out!! This is the reason why I keep coming back!!
