We had try acaí bowl before at other places that was just alright but,this place at STUDIO CITY 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Acaí bowl is the best and very good! The name of the place to have the best ACAÍ BOWL is called WHATA PEACH. The owners are very nice people and they make you feel welcome. Come by and try it now bring your friends and family. You wont be disappointed. They just open this place around 5 months ago and boy Im glad we found this place.Try the mix it up bowl 🥣And Buddha bowl 🥣.They have smoothie, fresh juice and toast. Comment: This studio goes above and beyond for its members. The studio is large, spacious and always clean. The bathrooms are always clean. The trainers and staff are friendly and very focused and committed to their coaching. They find ways to overcome technical difficulties and WiFi outages when they rarely occur. Without having to close or cancel classes. The effort put toward the classes, keeping the gym clean and open, and the attention to detail make this an amazing place to workout. Can’t recommend this studio enough.

Comment: I’ve been close to 10 times at this location for strength training during long distance running race training. Although I like solo lifting, I LOVE team training, trainers here are friendly and professional. I feel it’s an inclusive location where there’s respect and warmness regardless of gender, age, body type, ethnicity and so on.

Ive been having some wrist pain (not training related) and the coaches gave me some modifications to ensure I was training safely and efficiently. Def recommend this studio.

Comment: Ok, so F45 is great. The way each class targets a different muscle group, hits you hard with cardio or some type of hybrid…it really improves physical prowess if you keep with it. The downside is how expensive it is. The best part of it by far, the coaches! Seriously, I wouldn’t come if it wasn’t for them. As a runner I was always intimidated by conventional gyms and weightlifting, but the coaches here make sure my forum is correct and I’m not going to hurt myself lifting something wrong. On top of that, they’re just wonderful people that have a passion for fitness and you can feel it when you’re there. I’ve been to a few F45’s and I can say that the studio city staff is a cut above.

Comment: Its great, excellent teachers, all very, very good vibes and with the best disposition and energy to guide and help you from the beginning! I started training here after several months as a chiropractor due to an accident, after 4 months I managed to get stronger and pick up the pace of training. In addition, it was an excellent therapy for these times of loneliness due to Covid, in addition to being an immigrant in the USA. The truth is that I am very grateful and I hope to return to training as soon as possible!! 1000% recommended!!

They make me excited to come workout and get a super tough workout in. They challenge you to push harder and keep it light-hearted all at the same time.I’ve been coming since they’ve opened and I can guarantee the music has never been “too loud”... most of the negative reviews on here have nothing to do with the ACTUAL WORKOUT or facility anyways lol. Just complaints about music and noise which is odd and irrelevant. Don’t let that steer you away from giving this F45 studio a shot, ITS A GOOD TIME AND YOU GET A GREAT SWEAT! You’ll never leave the class and regret going...ever.

I see complaints here about masks, but as someone who actually went to class nearly every day for a couple months, I never saw anyone without one. We all carry sanitizer spray and towels to clean any equipment we’ve used before someone else uses it. I felt safe at all times.

Comment: Their “launch” started on a Saturday in a parking lot. At 7:30am, blasting bass music into nearby residences. There is no social distancing, not everyone is wearing a mask, and they have no sense of respect for the people in the area. Since that launch, theyve already had a dozen noise complaints. Literally we can open the window and see people walking around each other with masks off/down without maintaining distance.Surprise, surprise the only people disagreeing with the negative reviews are the owner and people that dont understand that F45 isnt a small business, its a franchise.Defamation is not a good look lol miserable trolls indeedNothing says customer service like these responses!

Comment: Been having a great time during my two week trial. I gave it a month from their opening to get all the kinks out with Covid safety, and theyve done a great job. Everyone is wearing masks at all times and we each have spray bottles to wipe down equipment. Coaches do a great job reminding us to do that as well. I try to go to classes within the 10-15 people range so theres plenty of space. Im not fully ready Covid wise for a 24 person class so I just avoid those. But definitely feeling like this is going to help me get through the rest of this crazy virus and beyond!

Comment: Loud and inconsiderate of their neighbors early in the morning. Trainers counting to three as loud as they can over and over. (As if their clients can’t count to three for themselves). Then they play terrible “house” music, again, very loud in the early morning. The surrounding apartment buildings are being woken up every single day by people who seem to think it’s okay because they’re “right off Ventura, so you should be used to it”. They have no chill. The community is tired of it. I wish zero stars was an option.

I’m not trying to be dramatic with my perception of purpose, but prior to the studio’s opening, my day-to-day revolved around waking up at 6am just to prepare for work and occasionally motivate myself to go outside for a run. COVID has not been kind to anyone. But this studio and team of trainers/instructors have successfully provided a safe space to create a community during our current circumstances zombie-ing through a pandemic.Before I spill my heart out and write an entire dissertation, let me mention that I am grateful for Ricky, Kiana, Nick, Kevy, and the entire team that continue to practice safe COVID protocol in the outdoor space provided.Masks are worn for entire classes. The team also has extra masks available just in case you need an additional for sanitary purposes. If you’re anything sweaty like me, you’ll need another mask at some point in your workout.Cleaning supplies are provided to each individual attending class.Equipment is cleaned and restocked safely at the end of each session.Two trainers conduct each class in order to supervise accordingly.The team provides purpose to COVID life.Thank you for motivating my mornings better than any cup of coffee could, and giving me a better body than Beyoncé back in her “Dangerously in Love Days.”xoxo,Mel

Comment: I just started a week long trial and Ive gone the last 3 days in a row. First of all, its certainly COVID conscious and safe. Ive been taking the 12pm week day classes and theres usually around 10 people. Every station I have plenty of space and Ive been the only one doing that stations movement so there is plenty of distance between people. Everyone has their individual towels & sanitizer to wipe down equipment before rotating. Everyone has been very conscious of each other and dutifully wearing their mask even in the heat of the high noon sun. Its outside in the parking lot with a canopy covering it and its been very breezy so I am not in the slightest bit nervous about catching COVID. Parking isnt ideal here, especially if you have to street park. The parking lot juts against a big apartment complex so I can understand why neighbors are getting upset with the loud music/parking strain, but if you live off of Ventura then what else would you expect? I love it here and Ill keep coming back. Great, positive coaches and classmates.

Comment: This gym is exactly what my neighborhood has been waiting for. Clean, covid compliant, friendly/knowledgeable staff, fully sanitized outdoor studio between classes, and you have your own bottle as well to wipe down before and after you use the equipment. I honestly haven’t been anywhere cleaner even pre-covid. Not sure why people who clearly haven’t been here are criticizing that this “isn’t covid safe”. Sounds like typical miserable trolls to me trying to destroy more small local businesses. Please keep it up F45: the community needs this especially during such an awful time for so many people who have nothing to do as a result of lost employment and limited options to move their body in a healthy and safe way.
