Comment: Great place to work out! I was there Memorial Day of this year and the trainer, Westin, was patient and encouraged the few of us who were there. I highly recommend for anyone looking to get in a quick, effective workout.

Comment: Joining F45 has been one of the best decisions Ive made for my health and fitness. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, and the community of members is incredibly supportive. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I leave every class feeling accomplished and energized. The owner Dana is awesome and so welcoming.The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. I appreciate the attention to safety and proper form, which has helped me prevent injuries and improve my overall fitness level.The F45 app is also a fantastic resource, with detailed workout descriptions and progress tracking features. The team at F45 really goes above and beyond to create a positive and effective fitness experience.I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding workout program in a supportive and welcoming environment.
