Comment: Long story short, I was a student model here and the instructors did not do a good job with instructing the students. They caused me a lot of pain by not using enough numbing gel, and missed a lot of spots. To make matters worse, they want to charge me $80 to fix their mistakes. I had two services done here, lips and eyeliner, and I recommend going elsewhere if you have the option. I was a student model elsewhere for my brows and had a great experience there. See pics for liner and lips done here and brows done elsewhere. It’s no longer worth it when you have to pay for the service with both extra time and extra money.

Comment: I can not say enough good things about Elite Permanent Makeup & Training Center. I am a cancer survivor and was looking for a career change. I had been toying with the idea of taking paramedical as a way to help and give back to fellow survivors. I did a lot of research and Elite was by far the best choice.I came to take a tour and fell in love. They gave me all the info I needed and gave me information about financial aid and helped me through the process.Mahnaz the owner, is the sweetest. You can tell how much she loves what she does. I was able to take their 3 class package with Betty and Elena (paramedical, ombre/powder brows and microbladding. Their artistic eye for their work is exquisite. Everyone here is extremely patient and help you every step of the way, above and beyond. Ive learned so much and will continue to take more classes so that I may grow as an artist.

She is a wonderful instructor and I had no idea what to expect going in, but immediately felt supported and inspired as soon as we started. Comment: I searched high and low for YEARS for a reputable place to get some permanent make-up and when I found Élite, I knew Id found a gem of a place. The artists are top-notch as Mahnaz, the owner, is also the instructor to the on-site school. It produces incredible artists, and the top ones work alongside her. Elina is one of them and a master at what she does: lips, eyeliner, eyebrows and more. I decided to get all 3 done, but the lips are her biggest success. I have had friends and colleagues continuously remark how is it that I have such pretty, naturally born-with (wink, wink) lips! I have now told many that shes their one and only destination here in L.A. for anything you need done on your face FOREVER!One of the upsides in life now, is that I can roll out of bed, slap on some cream and walk out the door with a put-together look in less than 10 minutes! Precise, fast, thorough, painless (almost, especially compared to many other procedures I’ve had)… She’s just overall a beautifully kind person, and those working with her are attentive and caring.Mahnaz knew exactly how to adjust the color on my lips and brows to match my skin tone and personality.Photos follow—lash liner, eyebrows, lip tint.Super welcoming environment, students are so well cared for by the instructors and students, instructors, and owners are very attentive, kind, and detailed. Comment: I truly can’t thank Mahnaz enough for how she upgraded my look!Out of all of the things and people that I spend my money on, my eyebrows have been at the bottom of that list. I met Mahnaz in passing one day and she broke that hesitation to invest in my face a little more.I was immediately drawn to her bold spirit, joie de vivre, magnetic personality, and of course her (and her entire staff’s) gorgeous eyebrows.I thought my brows were decent, but I can’t begin to tell you how eye opening my session with her was. She asked me a lot a questions on how I wanted them to be shaped, took a lot of measurements with rulers to get the angles perfect, and used state of the art tech to get the job done.The minute she handed me the mirror I laughed and wanted to cry at the same time. She camouflaged the scaring I had and gave me a youthful look.To think I had to almost literally use sharpie pens on my eyebrows to camouflage imperfections all these years haha! But with the help of Mahnaz I was transformed in less than an hour!

A few months ago, I foolishly got my eyeliner, lips and eyebrows done with someone that offered a cheap price and she messed up my eyeliner and my eyebrows and the color on my lips was gone after it was healed! It looked soooo bad that everytime I looked at myself in the mirror I wanted to cry! But Mahnaz kindly fixed it for me and trust me, it was not an easy fix!She did such an amazing job. I made an appointment with Mahnaz. Once there she went right to work with mapping and asking me what I like. I went in with no exact plan of how I wanted my eyebrows and she was extremely helpful with guiding me and showing me what she thought would look best. She made them look absolutely beautiful and perfect! I love them so much and I couldn’t be happier. They look and make me feel amazing and confident! My overall experience at permanent elite make up on scale is 100000 out of 10! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Elite Permanent Makeup is nothing less than phenomenal! Staff are super friendly and professional they help you every step of the way with whatever you need; the facility itself is immaculately clean, neat and organized. I had powder ombre done by a student who was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and made me feel very at ease. She is also a perfectionist and took her time. Getting microbladed is definitely one of the best investments I ever made. My eyebrows were sparse before but now they’re full and natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted! It’s crazy how detailed my eyebrows look. I can finally be lazy with my makeup and not spend 30 minutes trying to make my eyebrows symmetrical.The entire Elite team was phenomenal! Everyone there was kind, polite and very professional. The studio is very clean and organized, it put my OCD to ease. You can tell this business runs on quality over quantity, it reflects in their work, the employees and the establishment. I had some scheduling issues before the appointment, but the appointment setters kept me updated constantly via text message. From the moment I walked in the male reception made me feel comfortable and welcome. I filled out a form, very short, and met with my artists. After a few photos we got to work. Just like the receptionist, my artist made me feel comfortable and walked me through each step of the way. Comment: Update 2018:I was so happy with my eyebrows last year that I came back for a touch-up and Im VERY HAPPY with the result. (See picture attached)Review 2017:They did an awesome job on my eyebrows. What I liked about my experience is there are 3 people (including the student, a teacher and the owner) working on you at once to make sure its done correctly. If you go to a salon elsewhere you only have 1 person working on you and you take the risk of that person making a mistake. Here you benefit from the expertise of several people. Its very clean and organized well for multiple procedures at once with a nice waiting area and the staff is professional and very nice. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Comment: This is place the best place for permanent make up. My daughter did lots of researching on mircoblading eyebrows and she decided on this place. Of course, her opinion mattered so I followed in her footsteps. Mahnaz did my retouching after a few weeks of my original appointment.
