Comment: I’m so pleased with the services from Concierge Personal Services - Rachael, Annie and Shanna. My initial contact was with Rachael, the owner. She responded quickly, explained their services and offered suggestions on a schedule for mom. My mother is a young 93 year old and she absolutely loves the service and the ladies. She works out with Annie twice a week and Shanna massages her once a week. After a few months I can attest to the improvement in her mobility, stability, strength and relaxation. Everyone that meets my mother cannot believe she’s 93 years old and with the continued outstanding service from Concierge Personal Services we hope to have mom with us for many more years to come.

Comment: Rachael is a miracle worker. My husband had a terrible fall and had to have 5 vertebrae fused. He had physical therapy sessions through his medical provider for months with no progress. Honestly, he was getting depressed about his outlook for the future in regards to his quality of life. One 40 minute session with Rachael gave him relief of pain for 3 days. Much more than that, she gave him HOPE for the future. She was able to teach me things that I could do to help to relieve his pain as well so that he doesn’t have to be completely dependent on sessions with her but can find relief in between sessions. I cannot say enough about how incredible Rachael is! She has my highest recommendation!

Comment: If I could give 5000 stars, I would!!! Rachel at Concierge Personal Training, is the absolute best in the business. Her knowledge and expertise goes FAR beyond personal training & nutrition. SHE IS A HEALER. I was recently hospitalized from what started as a sinus infection, which triggered some sort of autoimmune episode. Within a 24-hour period my symptoms drastically worsened. I developed double vision, lost coordination in both legs, my speech became severely impacted accompanied by nasal regurgitation. I spent nearly a week in the hospital. The doctors ran a battery of tests but were unable to provide any diagnosis or answers about my health condition. Still in the same debilitating state, I was discharged and sent home. Not knowing when or if I was ever going to feel normal again, I felt scared and hopeless. Rachel spoke with my husband and I, and provided us with thorough information and resources. I followed her recommendation to try a parasitic detox and grain-free diet. A few days after starting the process, my symptoms began to improve. Rachel is a wonderful and kind person. She continued to check on me regularly, and supported me through the entire ordeal. Like I said, she is not just a personal trainer. Rachel works holistically, considering the full picture of your physical, mental, and emotional state. I owe her everything for helping me restore my health. If you are looking for someone to help you heal from the inside out, I highly recommend Rachel and staff at Concierge!

Comment: Rachel from Concierge Personal Training has helped fix my wife in so many ways. My wife was sick with a sinus infection and her symptoms lasted about a month. About that time she started experiencing pressure in her ear, was slightly unstable on her feet and had blurry vision. She went to urgent care believing that she had an ear infection. Once there the doctor that cared for her was concerned about her vision problems and sent her to the ER for imaging of her brain. The doctors at the ER found a small tumor on her pituitary gland but said that the tumor was not related to the symptoms and that it was very small and to not be too concerned with it at the moment but that we should follow up on it later. My wife was then transferred to a hospital and admitted as they had not been able to diagnose her and her symptoms were worsening. After a week in the hospital with no answers, my wife’s symptoms had continued to worsen and by this time, she had lost control over her legs and could not walk without assistance, she had double vision 24hrs a day, her soft palate in her mouth was not functioning(speech completely impaired) and was unable to drink fluids without them regurgitating back through her nose. At this time the hospital discharged my wife and advised that we follow up with an eye doctor and a neurologist. Once discharged, Rachel provided my wife with a full nutrition guide to at least get her on a clean diet that eliminated inflammatory foods. She also suggested that she do a parasite cleanse as all of these symptoms had continued to spiral out of control with no diagnosis. We ordered the cleanse and within days of starting it, my wife’s speech started to return. She then started to regain her balance and stability on her feet. Her double vision was the last of the symptoms to recover from. Over the course of the cleanse, I am so happy to say that she fully recovered and is back to full health. Rachel was so caring and supportive throughout the whole process. She would check in on my wife regularly to see how she was feeling. We thank you Rachel for all that you’ve done to bring my wife back.Ron

I struggle with weight and other health issues which limit what I can do. So when I was making the decision to work with someone I needed a personal trainer with the experience and understanding of how to work with my limitations. In addition the fact that they come to my home is a bonus. I couldn’t go to a gym right now. Naz is incredible! When she first came we sat down and discussed my needs and goals. Their personal touch was very helpful in forming good habits and staying engaged. Later we transitioned to online sessions due to covid. They tailor our workouts to our needs and adjust difficulty so that the exercises are always challenging without making it too hard. No matter how many ab exercises we do, it never gets easy...they will up the game and challenge those muscles to become stronger! In one hour a week with them, I get a better workout than I did in going to the gym three times a week on my own. They have provided in-home personal training for my 55yo brother who suffered a major stroke 4 years ago. Through his training sessions with Rachel, he has made more progress than he did with in-patient and out-patient physical therapy. Rachel does a great job finding ways to keep his workouts varied and interesting, changing it up when he needs to progress. Her approach is holistic, and she has shown great dedication to helping my brother regain strength and mobility. She always has great energy and a positive attitude. Comment: I have to seriously say that Rachael is great at what she does. I have worked with personal trainers before and have been overworked for an hour and still did not feel the way I felt with Rachael. Comment: Rachael is wonderful! She is very friendly, easy to work with, and does amazing work. Recently, I was having lower back pain, I explained to her what I was feeling, and she was able to figure out exactly what was causing the pain. She ended up working with me to loosen up muscles in my legs and hips that were very tight which helped relieve the pain I was having. In just 1 session with her I felt 90% better. I would highly recommend Rachael to anyone who is interested in personal training not only to become more fit, but to also maintain overall health and fitness level by preventing injury and becoming educated on how to live a healthier lifestyle.

Comment: Rachael is so much more than just a personal trainer; she is also highly empathetic and she will meet you where you are, both geographically and at your fitness level. She incorporates her training in psychology and nutrition to develop the holistic program that WILL work for you, no matter where you are at mentally and physically, and she will guide you where you need to go to achieve your goals. Even though she is obviously in peak physical condition, she has always made me feel comfortable in my own skin when Im with her, as she challenges me to do something, or, sometimes, anything. Comment: Have had personal trainers before, but Rachel sure makes you get your moneys worth. I havent had this much ( Great) pain. I feel and look better in Working out with her in three months than I have Iin the last three years going to the gym daily alone.
