Comment: Working out with Michele was hands down the best and most positive fitness experiences of my life. I started training with her at the beginning of my pregnancy in order to stay active as I was nervous having had so many back issues in the past. Training with her made this pregnancy a breeze, getting through it without any pain & feeling strong. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but her positive energy is infectious and she lights up any room she walks in. She is truly passionate about what she does and it shows! I’m so lucky to have found her!

Working with Michele had me not only feeling strong physically throughout my pregnancy, but empowered, knowledgeable, and SO loved and supported. She is truly an expert at what she does and always made time to address my specific needs and concerns. An added bonus was the community fostered within her classes that connected me with amazing women to continue this new mom journey with. Comment: If I could give this 10 stars, I would. I worked out with Michele my entire pregnancy and I can confidently say that her workouts prepared me for an amazing birth experience. I’m counting down the days until I can get back to my weekly workouts with her. Michele has a way of making you feel so loved and supported. Thanks to her prenatal classes, I now have a wonderful network of new moms. Never in my life have I been excited to workout like I am now.

Comment: Michele is an INCREDIBLE trainer and person. She is kind, empathetic, strong, supportive, and encouraging. I came to Boundless to work on getting back into shape and to help with reoccurring pain in my hip and shoulder stemming from injury and hyper mobility. Michele took tons of time to get to know me and my body before we even began and has helped me tremendously in the time we’ve worked together. I’m much stronger and my pain has decreased as we’ve improved my alignment. Michele pays close attention to your form during personal training and has an incredible eye for spotting areas that need correction. She discovered that one of my feet tended to roll to the side during exercise and has helped me strengthen and reorient it, helping to correct so many other issues from that one detail. She gives intuitive cues that help you get everything moving how it’s supposed to while you’re working out! Everything is custom to your needs and she never pressures you to do more than what’s appropriate for your body. Personally, she is so sweet and motivating and is always a joy to spend time with. She meets you exactly where you’re at and gives you gentle motivation to grow. If I wasn’t moving away, I’d keep training with her forever!

At 72 years old, my strength, posture, balance, and flexibility have all greatly increased and there are things that I am amazed I can now do that I could only have dreamed of a year ago. Michele is a very special trainer and person. My only regret about leaving San Diego is not being able to work in person with her. She is the BEST!

In terms of your own personal ability, she meets you where you’re at and pushes you just enough. Her attention to detail is unmatched, which has made the biggest difference for me. She knows exactly how to keep you accountable without judgement and is extremely encouraging. I didn’t think I’d be able to reach my goals or feel this strong this quickly, and it’s all because of her guidance and support. You have to be willing to do the exercises at home in between classes, but she texts you to check in and is always available if you have questions. I’m so happy I started working with her!

For my second pregnancy I decided to seek help from a trainer who not only understood the woman’s body, but the pregnant woman’s body! I found Michele and I cannot even explain how beneficial my workouts have been from a physical and mental standpoint. Michele has a wonderful energy, is a clear communicator, and is incredibly knowledgeable about the body. Her positive energy was something I needed more than ever as I’d go through the stages of pregnancy. Michele’s gym is spacious, clean, and she does an excellent job of explaining the type of equipment you are using, how to use it properly, and she also helps you find ways to substitute for workouts at home. Comment: Working with Michele at Boundless has been the best gift to myself throughout my first pregnancy (currently ~34 weeks). In my first trimester I knew I wanted to start to strengthen my body to have a healthy pregnancy and to work with someone who is specifically skilled in working with pregnant people. Thats when I found Michele. First we met for an in-person consult at the studio to talk about my goals and how she can help set me up with a solid plan. I immediately knew I was in the best of hands.I bought a 10 session pack of personal training which included private gym membership and with each private session, she guided me through a fantastic workout in the gym, in her neighboring pilates studio, and even some outdoor workouts in the park. She would also provide homework like written or video recorded exercises which helped keep me on track.Each session included a check-in on how I was feeling, lots of encouragement, feedback and modifications when necessary. Her knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy is unparalleled. Ive always felt like I could trust her completely. She would even text me after sessions to ask me how Im doing which I feel you cant find in any other trainer!Michele is truly one of a kind and is wonderfully skilled and talented at what she does. She is THE trainer to go to if you are anywhere on the pregnancy/postpartum spectrum. Training with her helped me develop more confidence in myself and my physical abilities during pregnancy which has been a game changer. I cant wait to get back to working with her postpartum to regain my balance and strength.Thank you so much Michele for everything youve done for me!

Comment: After being in chronic and excruciating pain for over 12 years I finally relented and had back surgery last year. Well it wasn’t the miracle I had hoped for and the disappointment from that turned my pain to both physical and mental. I was desperate to find the right solution. The right person. And then I found Michele - and we slowly started changing my life one workout at a time. I can’t say enough about Michele and her ability to read your body and come up with alternate moves that are tailored to where you are at in the moment. She tailors each session and is a master at giving analogies to further explain how and why she wants you to move in a particular way. She is so mindful of your needs but also knows when and how to push when you need it most. She is direct and encouraging and checks in regularly through the week to see how your feeling, if you have any questions and to motivate you to move your body in between sessions. Of course after 15 sessions my back is not cured - but for the first time in 15 years I can finally say that it is not at the forefront of my life anymore. It’s background noise now and I have no doubt as I continue to work with Michele that it will become a thing of my past. At 45 years old I thought it might be too late for me to regain my strength and confidence in my own body - but Michele has shown me it’s never to late.

Comment: I am so happy I found Michele! I’ve always worked out & considered myself athletic (running, biking, climbing). I started to feel really tight, sore after climbing & like I was losing my strength getting older. Being in my 40s I thought that’s just what it’s like getting older, but working out with Michele proved me wrong. With Michele I quickly learned how to stretch, breathe & workout properly and today I am stronger than ever, feel healthy & super motivated. She is a personal trainer that really hones in on the “personal” side of training where she is able to assess where you body is at and give you the tools to help improve whatever you need/want to. Comment: I have being working with Michele at Boundless for about six months now and she is literally the BEST! I came to Michele when I was feeling my absolute lowest physically and it was taking a toll on other aspects of my life. I have worked with other trainers, tried it alone at the gym (ha!) and done group classes but never end up sticking with it for a variety of reasons.What I appreciate so much about Michele is she takes the time to explain to you the “why” behind the movements and she was so patient starting at the very basics with me. She doesn’t just give you the support and guidance in your session — she has helped me with nutrition, meal planning, and checks in on how I’m doing in between sessions which helps with accountability.Beyond all that, Michele is just an absolute joy to be around. Even if I’m not feeling super motivated to work out (which now happens less and less) I’m always excited to see Michele. By far the best I have ever been to and one of the kindest most positive individuals I know.No matter what your fitness level or experience you will leave her classes feeling stronger, smarter, happier, and ready to take on the world! Her vast amount of knowledge of not only fitness techniques, but nutrition and wellness is astounding and she puts all of this to good use. She never hesitates to answer a question and actively encourages them from beginning to the end of the class. Ive never felt more informed in regards to my workouts or had someone with such a comprehensive understanding of the human body.She keeps her gym exceptionally clean as well, disinfecting and wiping down all equipment and mats after each and every class. And is also respectful of personal space and boundaries, offering hands-on adjustments, but making sure to ask permission beforehand to ensure everyone is comfortable and respected.I love the variety of classes she offers and the fact that they range from early in the morning to late into the evening! This flexibility allows me to get my workouts in regularly with ease even with my hectic personal life and work schedule. The smaller class sizes also make for an amazing customized workout and Michele is so in tune and invested in all of her clients that she has no problem customizing/modifying any and all workouts to truly suit everyones individual needs.I go into Micheles classes after a long day in the office feeling so tight, uncomfortable, and messed up. I walk out of them feeling like an entirely new human being, with all my aches and pains gone. The improvement in my flexibility, strength, and mobility, especially in my injured shoulder (injury having happened in an unrelated circumstance), has increased ten fold! She is seriously a life saver and I dont know what I would do without her. Comment: I dont want to sound over-dramatic, but my experience at Pilates 4 Women Only has been life changing! I had a herniated disc in my neck, lots of tension, pain, migraines, stiffness when my doctors told me I had to be stretching and exercising daily or I would end up needing (another, my 3rd!) spinal epidural shot for the pain. I have never been a person that actually enjoys working out. I dont hate it, but I always dreaded going to a class or workout-until I found Michele at Pilates 4 Women Only. She has amazing classes that are gentle enough for my neck, but targeted to reduce the tension and build overall strength. After just the first few classes I knew I would be committed to working with Michele and that she could do what all the other group yoga and physical therapists had been unable to do- give me my life back and keep me out of daily pain!Michele is so incredibly knowledgeable about the body, muscles and what exercises are best for each person, she constantly blows me away. I have been going for over a year and we still do new moves every week, she never runs out of new things to try or ways to improve our workouts. I can move my neck, sleep and sit without pain now and this was something I had been unable to do for almost 5 years. The doctors kept giving me pain pills, Michele gave me solutions and hope.Even more than the pain relief, I love Pilates 4 Women because of Michele. She makes you feel like you are working out with a friend- one who is incredibly smart, thoughtful, really cares about your overall well-being, you have fun with, and you feel good, both mentally ad physically, after you leave. Even though I have improved SO much, I would continue seeing Michele even if I felt 100% all the time. The classes are just FUN, and starting here was such a great decision, I cant recommend it enough! Do yourself a favor and give this studio and try, youll see why its different- and better!

Comment: I’ve been going to Michele for 2 years and every class she continues to challenge me! After working with Michele I am FAR more flexible and have the best butt I’ve ever had in my life. Her workouts are extremely well balanced focusing on a myriad of muscle groups—and often ones I would never work out on my own or even know how to. So a surprise outcome for me inititally was how much better my back felt just working with her regularly for a few weeks.I think it’s also important to note how personal her classes are, which is exemplified by the fact that she always starts out with the same question: “How do you feel today?” She’s always ready to accommodate and modify exercises based upon any injuries, limitations, or if something just isn’t feeling right. Class sizes are very small, so even in group mat workouts you feel as if you have a personal trainer. She’s incredibly engaged and thoughtful in her workouts ensuring that everyone—regardless of fitness level or experience—walks away feeling accomplished and with a great workout. She also ends her classes with the same question too, which I love, “Do you have any questions for me?”Hot tip: I would 100% recommend subscribing to a monthly plan! The class times are flexible both in the morning and evening, easy to schedule, and offer an immense variety: She offers kickboxing, pilates, Matt barre, buti yoga, kettle bells, “off the wall” workouts, the list goes on!Whatever class you take though, expect there will always be a little “Michele twist!” that makes it unique and exciting.

Comment: Michele’s vast knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to explain things with ease will ensure you are giving 110% to your work out. She guides you in engaging the proper muscles, holding the correct form, and giving modifications if necessary. She checks in with you to see how your body is feeling and will give you appropriate stretches to address any issues. All of Michele’s classes are excellent and you will get a great work out! My personal favorite is her Acro Yoga class! You get a good workout while having tons of fun! The time just flies by each class! Though I do enjoy all the classes, Acro is definitely my favorite. :)

This yoga class is completely different from the many classes I have taken and I can’t say enough great things about Michelle! Her positive energy and vibes only make this class that much more fun!
